Helen Lewis Rzeszutek

Strength Trainer and Owner

I’ve been strength training since age 13—first to gain a competitive edge in
figure skating and running, and later as a competitive powerlifter. As a coach, I am excited to share the lifelong benefits of strength training to help you reach your specific goals.

COACHING WITH A PURPOSE

Fitness that Supports Your Life

Effective training should do more than improve your performance in the gym. It should help you feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in everyday life. My approach combines an enjoyable training experience, attention to your overall well-being, and purposeful programming that supports the life you want to live.

01 | Enjoy the Process

Sustainable progress starts with a training experience you genuinely enjoy. I focus on making each session engaging, challenging, and rewarding so that consistency becomes something you look forward to.

02 | Strengthen Your Wellbeing

Training should support how you feel, not just how you perform. My goal is to help you build physical strength, improve confidence, and experience the mental benefits of consistent movement.

03 | Train for Your Life

Your goals extend beyond the gym, and your training should reflect that. Together, we’ll build strength, mobility, and capability that support the activities, experiences, and lifestyle that matter most to you.

Strength for the life you want to live.

WHY TRAIN WITH ME?

Strength training has been part of my life since I was 13, beginning with figure skating and running and eventually leading me to competitive powerlifting.

Through more than a decade of competition, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for what strength training can do—not only for athletic performance, but for confidence, physical well-being, and everyday life.

My coaching is built around meeting you where you are. Whether you’re stepping into the weight room for the first time, rebuilding strength after time away, or preparing for your next competition, I’ll help you develop the skills, confidence, and consistency to keep progressing.

My goal is simple: make strength training an enjoyable, sustainable part of your life.
