With over 12 years of personal training experience across a variety of gyms and client goals, I’ve seen it all. From 80 pound weight loss journeys to ultra-marathon training. I know how to adapt plans for different needs, and I help clients stay motivated, overcome setbacks and celebrate progress as every stage.
