Pure Fitness provides one-on-one and group personal training sessions for all individuals as well as specializing in sport performance programs for athletes starting at middle school age and older. All sessions are by appointment only and scheduled out in a manner to optimize client success and availability. The creation and development of all programs as well as implementing each program is completed by one trainer to each individual to ensure results in a very safe and effective manner. Prior to any program design and implementation, a consultation will take place to cover important factors regarding health history and desired goals to each individual. Also, a personalized fitness assessment based on individual goals will take place to establish baseline values.
