FACILITY DETAILS
The only fee you have at Pure Fitness is your rent. One bill, once a month. Outside of your training station and common area, the price of rent includes:
- High speed internet
- Utilities
- Garbage and recycling service
- Cleaning Service
- Sweat towels
Our facility also has 2 showers with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. A trainers office with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and printer accessed by all trainers. And separate consultation space and lounge area.
EQUIPMENT
Pure Fitness offers every renter their own personal training station and a shared common area. Each personal training station is equipped with:
- Dual cable pulley machine
- Dumbbells
- Adjustable Bench
- BOSU ball
- TRX
- Swiss ball
- Other small equipment.
The common area includes cardio equipment, reverse hyper, squat/bench racks, leg press, medicine balls, plyo boxes, foam rollers and agility equipment.
Can I fully operate my training business at Pure Fitness?
Absolutely! Pure Fitness offers an affordable, low-risk environment to launch and run your own personal training business. You stay focused on your craft while avoiding the overhead and responsibilities of owning or managing a facility and equipment.

What fees and responsibilities are there?
You are billed one simple monthly rate. Everything else – utilities, cleaning, towels, facility maintenance – is included , so you can focus on your business and clients.
