As a former collegiate volleyball player with a degree in kinesiology, I understand how powerful the right training can be for both performance and long-term health. My training style is a blend of my athletic background and my science-based education. I create customized workouts that balance strength, function and overall well-being. 

My focus is on helping my clients feel capable in daily life as well as in the gym by keeping fitness approachable.
