ANNIE RASMUSSEN
personal trainer
Hello! I am so happy you took the time to visit Pure Fitness and learn a little about me and the gym. I am going to share with you a little about my background and my approach to personal training. I hope it helps you decided if I am the right fit for you.
As a former collegiate volleyball player, I found out just how much of an impact fitness can have on your life. I discovered a newfound fascination with the body and what it is capable of when put through the correct training. As I dove more into my studies of exercise science, I realized that fitness is so much more than trying to lift heavy weights. Our bodies are complex and can do amazing things, but they also require time and attention to remain healthy.
I aim to use fitness training to help you as a client reach your goals that are customized to your lifestyle. Through functional movements and a combination of strength and balance in a program, I want you to feel like you are getting the most out of your workout.
As a person, I enjoy being with family and friends more than anything, but playing with my dog, Ollie has to be a close second. My other hobbies include baking, traveling, hiking, filling out my planner with colorful pens, and playing board games way to competitively.
Can’t wait to connect with you!
