Sports were always Dan’s cup of coffee (not tea, he does not love tea). He quickly discovered soccer was his sweet spot, which led to his passion; helping others reach their performance goals and taking control of their life through health and fitness. Dan is disarming with his friendly smile, client focused approach, and one of those personalities that makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. Whether you are an athlete, or someone looking to start working out, Dan has an arsenal of methods, based on education, research and experience, that allows him to cater to you. Dan’s hunger for knowledge is only competed with by the three women of his life; wife Megan, daughter Decklyn, and dog Tenley. Want to learn more about Dan?

I started out as an athletic trainer and worked to rehabilitate my patients back to health, but I quickly learned that many injuries and health problems I was coming across could be prevented. Realizing this, I wanted to make sure I was in a place where I could prevent possible injuries and help people reach their health, fitness, and performance goals. My approach to working out is very detailed oriented and puts precedence on form and technique to make sure each of my clients learn how their body should move and function. If someone has poor function, or improper movement patterns; due to injury, chronic overuse, or any number of contributing factors, their performance will be limited. This is why I take the time to evaluate your starting point and really get to know you on a personal level. I want to customize your workouts and challenge you with what you need to succeed. I enjoy building a lasting relationships with you, because in the end, I want you to have the tools necessary to take control of your OWN health and wellness.
